The program can read out any text or opened document using various settings and voices.

The program is compatible with almost any version of the Windows operating system and can be installed by any kind of user, because the installation process is straightforward and requires only a few clicks to complete. The hard disk space occupied by the program folder is around 10 MB.

When running the program for the first time, some sample texts will be displayed in its interface and clicking on the Read button will make the program start reading aloud the text. The voice type, speed, volume and pitch can all be customized. The user can easily type his own text or paste it from the clipboard. Writing text in Sayvoice Text to Speech Reader is the same as writing in text applications, like Notepad.

Sayvoice Text to Speech Reader supports a wide range of text files, like MS Word documents and even HTML files. The interface supports various skins, having the possibility to download more from the producer's website. Besides that, the program can be directly updated to the newest version directly from its interface.
